I was extremely rushed at this nail salon. I am not sure why, it was completely empty, and I had also made an appointment in advance. $30 for a pedicure, and the woman did not cut my cuticles, did not scrub my heels, and also did not give me a massage. So basically I paid $30 for her just to change the polish on my toes. When it was time to pay, I asked the woman if I could put a tip on the card which was 20%, she said yes and asked how much I was putting on the card and did not even say thank you as if I owed her more. Very disappointed in this place.

Spent over $80 here on mani/pedi with YOUNG and a 15 minute massage on a Thursday. Tried to upsell me on several occasions making the experience awkward and uncomfortable. Then, when I was paying, they told me I had to tip in cash. Since I had no cash on hand, I had to use their ATM machine. She explicitly told me there was NO FEE, but alas, she lied, and Chase charged me a $3.00 transaction fee. Young also did a very mediocre job buffing my nails. Will not be returning. Avoid this place unless you love getting rinsed.

This place is very relaxing. Staff are very nice and pleasant. They make you wash your hands before there service which makes me feel more comfortable in there. Love the spa pedicures they have, perfect place to pamper yourself.

I've gone to a lot of nail salons and I've gotten a good service. My mom and I got a manicure and pedicure, and even though they didn't clean under the nails on my hand it was still a good experience.

First time there and I'll be back. Great customer service and very clean. Went for a manicure and pedicure, paraffin treatment included for all manicures which was great. For pedicure they exfoliate and use a hot rock for massage. Took their time and had the same person do both services (hate when they use 2 different people for mani/pedi). It was a great price too, I went on a Thursday and it was $30 for mani/pedi - but Mon-Fri they have a $25 special. Looking forward to returning!
